We're looking for a skilled solderer to assemble and solder electronic components with precision. Must have experience with hand soldering (through-hole & surface mount), ability to read schematics, and follow safety/ESD protocols. Attention to detail and steady hands are a must. IPC certification is a plus. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Soldering Components:
  
  
  • Join wires, circuit boards, or metal parts using hand-held or automated soldering tools.
    
    
  • Apply flux and solder to joints for strong, conductive, and reliable connections.
    
    
• Reading Blueprints & Schematics:
  
  
  • Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and instructions to understand what needs to be assembled or repaired.
    
    
• Inspecting Work:
  
  
  • Check solder joints for quality (no cold joints, cracks, or excess solder).
    
    
  • Use microscopes or magnifying lenses to verify tiny or delicate components.
    
    
• Assembly Work:
  
  
  • Assemble electrical or mechanical components before or after soldering.
    
    
  • May involve mounting parts on circuit boards, cutting wires, or shaping components.
    
    
• Tool Maintenance:
  
  
  • Maintain soldering irons, rework stations, and other tools in good condition.
    
    
  • Ensure work area is clean and organized.
    
    
• Safety & Compliance:
  
  
  • Follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) and other safety protocols.
    
    
  • Adhere to quality standards (like IPC standards in electronics).
