We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orienated Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all polyethylene pipe manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role involves monitoring manufacturing processes, managing calibration and measurement systems, and conducting audits to maintain our ISO 9001 certification. 

salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Monitoring:

Condust regular audits, line checks, and inspections of manufacturing processes.

Collect and analyze samples to confirm product quality and adherance to required standards.

Oversee the calibration and maintenance gauges, test, and measuring equipment.

Maintian sufficient inventory of gauges and escalate needs for repair, outside calbiration, or new/replacement purchases.

Develop and update work instructions and quality control precedures. 

Conduct process audits and ISO 9001 internal audits.

Ensure all audit findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
