We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join our growing team. salary: $18 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine welding and fabrication requirements.
  
  
• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal structures and parts according to specifications.
  
  
• Operate various welding machines such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welders.
  
  
• Use cutting, grinding, and polishing tools to shape materials to precise measurements.
  
  
• Inspect materials, tools, and finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  
  
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
  
• Work with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of protective gear (gloves, masks, etc.).
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment.
  
  
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as necessary.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in welding/fabrication preferred.
  
  
• Proven experience as a welder or fabricator, with expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
  
  
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in welding and fabrication.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
