We are looking for an individual to join a food and beverage company looking for a  Maintenance Technician. This person will be responsible for providing maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of the production facility. Key responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity. Responsibilities

Salary: $25 - $33 ($52,000 - $68,640)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duties:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
• Competent and comfortable working with high voltage electrical equipment. (Ex:240v/480v)
• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with leadership to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation
• Conduct regular inspections, lubrication, and adjustments on various equipment components to maintain optimal performance.
• Replace or repair parts and equipment as necessary.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for specialized repairs and replacement of parts, when necessary, with approval from management.
• Keep updated records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and janitorial tasks.
• Monitor stock levels are coordinate reordering of supplies as needed to avoid shortages during critical maintenance periods.
