We are currently looking for a Production Worker who is artistic and intersted in learning how to make clay sculptures and clay moldings to join a growing team in Lincoln, Ca. Responsibilities

Hand presses clay into mold and turns mold over after hand pressing is completed.
• Verifies that clay has proper consistency and thickness and assures that there are no air pockets
in the mold.
• Assembles the mold
• Smoothens out the finish and ensures that it dries properly
• Lifts, carries and places pieces on rack so that pieces can be sent to dryers
• Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental
regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• Regular attendance is required.

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
