If you have experience as a materials planner managing the supply chain of assigned product groups, ensuring inventory levels align with customer demand and company objectives we are looking for you. This role requires proactive demand forecasting, inventory optimization, coordination with internal teams (customer service, sales, marketing, and finance), and collaboration with external suppliers/vendors to optimize material flow. Responsibilities

• Expedite shipment follow up between planning and transportation teams
• Follow up on incoming shipment delays, keeping the leadership team up to date on status using excel data analysis.
• Responsible for report analysis to track drop shipments in excel.
• Monitor progress of customer back-orders to support the daily and weekly production plans.
• What can be kitted this week by item, quantity, and value reduction
• What’s due in inbound, this week, this month
• Regularly use Excel, complete data entry into relevant systems, complete administrative tasks for the supply chain team and maintain strong internal and external email communication.  
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives related to material and inventory requirements, distribution flow enhancements, new customer onboarding, and freight cost reduction.
