A manufacturing facility in Richburg, SC is looking for a Delivery Coordinator looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.

salary: $41,600 - $54,080 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Coordinates production and delivery information to the customer to meet schedule requirements. Schedules to be provided by Plant Manager 

Excellent communication skills and capable of working under 

pressure 

Builds personal report with customer contacts 

Prepares load orders to comply with customer specifications 

Communicates with haulers to meet scheduling requirements 

Coordinates with Yard Manager and Forklift Operators to assist in loading efficiency 

Coordinates yard inventories to ensure availability 

Prepares delivery tickets and related shipping documents 

Assigns drivers for scheduled deliveries 

Organizes shipping tickets to Accounting for billing 

Manage project delivery costs under budget with results reported to Plant Manager 

Tracks estimated vs. actual cost per load for each project 

Solicits positive as well as constructive feedback from customers and provides to Plant Manager



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
