What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a small warehouse team
- Oversee inventory across warehouse and field vehicles
- Manage purchasing, deliveries, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate materials and logistics for field crews
- Maintain safety standards and facility operations
- Ensure fleet and equipment are running smoothly
- Proven experience in warehouse or operations management
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage vendors, purchasing, and inventory systems
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a physical, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and shipments to support daily operations
- Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accurate reporting for accounting
- Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate inventory needs and source materials
- Implement strategies to streamline logistics and reduce costs
- Work cross-functionally to identify material and equipment needs
- Evaluate vendor options and develop supplier relationships
- Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Manage daily opening and closing of the facility
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including vendor coordination (e.g., HVAC)
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols
- Optimize warehouse organization and manage building utilities and waste removal
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company vehicles and equipment
- Oversee operation of warehouse machinery, including forklifts
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
