We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to help lead second shift operations at a fast-paced industrial facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational flow, team coordination, and performance standards during evening hours.
You’ll be responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting overall efficiency throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Proven experience overseeing teams of 20 or more employees
- Comfortable working independently during second or off shifts
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage when needed
- Experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Competitive salary range of $60,000–$72,000
- Annual bonus eligibility
- Additional shift differential of $3,000 per year, paid across pay periods

Responsibilities
- Supervise second shift operations, overseeing a team of 20+ employees in a high-volume production environment
- Ensure team compliance with safety policies, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company protocols
- Monitor production goals and maintain efficiency across machines and processes
- Complete all required shift documentation: production logs, cleaning records, quality control forms, and inventory logs
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and feedback to drive individual and team performance
- Identify and resolve operational or personnel issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with regulatory and company standards
- Coordinate with first and third shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent performance
- Support additional projects, continuous improvement efforts, and process updates as assigned by leadership
- Ensure accurate material usage, inventory counts, and tracking of consumables/equipment
