In this role, you’ll perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed extrusion equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, working with 480V 3-phase systems, hydraulic/pneumatic repairs, and performing preventive maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per year

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase motors and electrical components.
- Diagnose and correct issues with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Execute mechanical repairs and component replacements including bearings, belts, chains, gears, and conveyors.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
