Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products based on order sheets
- Inspect items for quality before packing
- Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
- Read and understand order slips to determine items to be picked.
- Locate products in the warehouse using inventory systems or manual checks.
- Pick items with accuracy and efficiency to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Scan barcodes or use RF scanners to update inventory systems.
- Meet daily picking targets and deadlines.
- Double-check items against order slips to ensure accuracy.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials (e.g., bubble wrap, packing peanuts, boxes).
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Seal boxes and prepare them for courier pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean packing station and follow safety guidelines.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
