We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our food manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining food processing and packaging machinery to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP.
  
  
• Forklift certification a plus.
  
  
• (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various food manufacturing machines (mixers, fillers, packagers, etc.) according to production schedules.
  
  
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure proper functioning and sanitation.
  
  
• Follow safety and food handling procedures as required by company and regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, etc.).
  
  
• Record production data, machine settings, and any issues or downtime in production logs.
  
  
• Work closely with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve problems quickly.
  
  
• Assist in line changeovers and support other team members during production as needed.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
