We’re hiring an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Columbus, OH! If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload pallets from racking systems and delivery trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts, scanning, and labeling.
- Perform daily safety checks and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Recent reach truck or forklift experience required.
- Must be comfortable operating at heights in warehouse racking.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
️ Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate reach trucks safely to move, stack, and organize products in high-bay racking systems.
- Load and unload pallets from racks or trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Follow inventory procedures, scanning items using RF scanners or inventory systems.
- Assist with order picking or staging for shipments when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and speed limits.
- Support team members and work collaboratively to meet daily productivity goals.
