Our client in Greenville, NH is looking to add a Maintenance Mechanic to their food production facility on the swing shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits!
We’re looking for someone with solid mechanical experience who can work a flexible schedule—starting later in the morning and working until the end of the production day.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Handling general mechanical duties throughout the plant
- 3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience (preferably in a food or manufacturing environment)
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
salary: $64,000 - $67,000 per year

Responsibilities
Summary/Objective
The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties
to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to
safety, TPM maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the facility’s
business goals and objectives.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant
- facility’s equipment.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and
- performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,
- hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance
- and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley is extremely helpful.
