We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in production scheduling, KPI management, and lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing 10–50+ associates, enforcing safety and compliance standards (OSHA, GMP, FDA, ISO), and ensuring quality and throughput goals are consistently met. Skills (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and experience in waste reduction, performance management, and cross-training strategies are key to success in this role.
We value leaders who are hands-on, solutions-focused, and passionate about coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and using data to drive decisions.(English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, CPG, Automotive, Logistics, or Pharma/Chemical industries.

Responsibilities
