What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tearing down and rebuilding motors, turbines, and production lines like a pro
- Swapping out gears, aligning shafts, and dialing in performance with precision
- Rigging, welding, fabricating, and tuning up machines across packaging plants, energy sites, food production lines, and more
- Reading blueprints like a language and turning them into working machines
- Owning your craft — from capsule fillers to conveyor belts to calenders — and everything in between
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Can overhaul pumps, motors, gearboxes, or entire lines in your sleep
- Know your way around schematics, welders, and alignment tools
- Love solving real problems with real tools

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, modify, and repair a wide range of mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Dismantle equipment to access and replace defective parts, ensuring proper reassembly and calibration
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise mechanical adjustments
- Perform mechanical alignments, shaft and gear repairs, machine rebuilds, and component replacements
- Operate rigging equipment, hoists, and dollies to safely position heavy machinery and components
- Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, and connect motors, couplings, and belts to tight tolerances
- Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes, and recommend process or equipment improvements
- Conduct minor fabrication, welding, and modifications as needed for repair and custom equipment setups
- Install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation and control systems, including pneumatic, electric, and electronic components
- Monitor and troubleshoot support systems such as water treatment controls and auxiliary equipment
