Responsibilities

- Accurately pack and label shipments and participate in inspections of material to ensure quality.
- Ensure all jobs are mailed within the specified service level agreement (SLA).
- Keep shipping supplies organized and well-stocked.
- Maintain organized shipping records.
- Run daily reports in ordering systems and internal databases to ensure the completion and mailing of all required orders.
- Be able to lift and handle heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain shipping equipment.
- Be comfortable using computers and capable of learning to use shipping and fulfillment applications.
- Demonstrate a teamwork attitude and attention to detail.
- Have good communication skills.
