Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Assist in diagnosing machinery issues and recommending solutions.
- Install, assemble, and disassemble industrial equipment as needed.
- Ensure parts inventory is maintained in line with company guidelines.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions for all staff.
- Support production schedules by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Recommend process and equipment improvements to enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and production records.
- Comply with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
- Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our plastics manufacturing production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves diagnosing and repairing machinery, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting our team with technical expertise.
