We’re currently looking for a reliable and organized Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team and help keep our production running smoothly. The Vehicle Parts Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting production by ensuring timely availability of required.   Qualifications:

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred (automotive or manufacturing a plus)
  
  
• Comfortable using inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  
  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming vehicle parts and materials.
  
  
• Track and manage inventory levels using Inventory Software.
  
  
• Pull and deliver parts for production and assembly teams as needed.
  
  
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory.
  
  
• Maintain organized stockroom and labeling systems.
  
  
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding part availability and shortages.
  
  
• Assist with shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
  
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
