A leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance packaging machinery for industries ranging from food and beverage to pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler with strong experience in packaging equipment to help us take our innovative systems to the next level. As a Mechanical Assembler focused on Packaging Machinery, you'll develop and refine mechanical systems and components used in automated packaging lines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring custom machinery solutions from concept to production, ensuring performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.   Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in packaging or automation equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics.
• Understanding of mechanical systems: conveyors, actuators, pneumatics, gearing, etc.
• Experience with sheet metal, weldments, and machined components
• Hands-on experience assembling or troubleshooting machinery

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of packaging machinery components, systems, and other assemblies
  
  
• Follow detailed drawings from CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Blueprints.
  
  
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration
  
  
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation
  
  
• Evaluate and improve existing designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
  
  
• Provide technical support to fabrication, assembly, and customer service teams
  
  
• Installation support or troubleshooting
