- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (vehicle or heavy equipment preferred)
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with production schedules, KPIs, and lean manufacturing principles
- Comfortable using manufacturing software (ERP systems, time tracking, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production team members across assigned department(s)
- Ensure all production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met
- Coordinate daily work schedules, monitor progress, and adjust workflows as needed
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to solve issues quickly
- Train, coach, and mentor employees to drive continuous improvement
- Enforce safety procedures, conduct safety audits, and lead incident investigations
- Track production data, downtime, and labor efficiency using ERP or MES systems
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvement projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning production area
- Automotive or vehicle manufacturing background
- Knowledge of electrical or mechanical assembly processes
