We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can lead the front line, drive results, and keep our team motivated on the shop floor. The Production Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily operations in a specific area of our vehicle assembly plant. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that schedules are met. Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  
  
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (vehicle or heavy equipment preferred)
  
  
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience with production schedules, KPIs, and lean manufacturing principles
  
  
• Comfortable using manufacturing software (ERP systems, time tracking, etc.)
  
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
  
  
• Ability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvement projects
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning production area
  
  
• Automotive or vehicle manufacturing background
