We’re looking for an experienced Hydraulics Technician to join our team and play a key role in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. The Hydraulics Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems and components in production or prototype equipment. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, a solid understanding of fluid power systems, and the ability to read hydraulic schematics.   Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school a plus
  
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with hydraulic systems (vehicle or industrial equipment preferred)
  
  
• knowledge of hydraulic principles and fluid power systems
  
  
• Able to read and understand hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings
  
  
• Familiarity with tools such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and torque wrenches
  
  
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to hydraulics
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
  
  
• Attention to detail and safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test hydraulic systems in vehicles or machinery
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses
  
  
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  
  
• Perform pressure tests, flow checks, and system diagnostics
  
  
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks on hydraulic systems
  
  
• Work closely with engineering and assembly teams to support builds and resolve issues
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and test results
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure hydraulic systems meet quality standards
