Position Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing all daily shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in logistics, attention to detail, and leadership skills to coordinate warehouse staff and interact with internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead all shipping and receiving functions, including scheduling shipments, receiving incoming materials, and processing returns
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) and ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse management systems
- Supervise and train shipping/receiving team members
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for all shipments
- Work closely with production, quality control, and purchasing departments to align materials flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area and enforce safety protocols
