Responsibilities
- Set up and configure electrodynamic vibration equipment and Agree thermal chambers for various testing profiles, ensuring adherence to specified test parameters.
- Conduct vibration testing and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) to evaluate product reliability and performance under simulated conditions using various types of analog and digital test equipment such as multi meters, oscilloscopes and specialized test equipment (STE)
- Monitor and document chamber performance (ramp rates, temperature, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance/calibration of lab equipment and chambers to ensure peak performance and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Document testing procedures, results, and any deviations per company policies
- Provide training and support to team members on safety, testing protocols, equipment operation, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (lean) to improve testing processes and lab efficiency
- Observes all safety rules and maintains a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area
- May perform other related responsibilities.
