Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate injection molding production on the third shift, ensuring smooth transitions and communication across shifts.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet targets while upholding product quality and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor production technicians and operators, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and address production-related quality issues in collaboration with the quality control team.
- Monitor injection molding equipment, coordinating maintenance with repair personnel to minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and maintain a secure production environment.
- Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and analyze data to drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams for implementation.
