Randstad is currently seeking Maintenance Technician candidates for a Cleveland area company. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment and possess a trade school certification. Candidate should have experience assisting and developing maintenance protocols, working with engineering and support staff and a solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.  This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift with a salary ranging $71k to $75k/yr. Although position is on 1st shift, evening and weekend work may be required. Responsibilities

· Perform Maintenance Work Orders & Troubleshooting of Industrial Equipment.

· Perform Lock Out Tagout (LOTO) Procedures.

· Maintain accurate notes on equipment regarding repairs and troubleshooting.



· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Conduct inspections and routine maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

· Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment.

· Diagnose equipment malfunctions and recommend corrective actions.

· Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.

· Fabricate and modify machine parts as needed using various hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts inventory, and service logs.

· Follow and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

· Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and other technicians to optimize equipment performance.

· Assist in developing and improving preventive maintenance programs.
