Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver prompt, professional service in areas such as copy/print production, mail/courier handling, and shipping/receiving.
  
  
• Respond quickly and clearly to client requests via phone, email, or in person.
  
  
• Assist in maintaining site procedures and documentation.
  
  
• Perform equipment upkeep and track all inbound/outbound materials (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
  
  
• Support cross-functional teams and step in as needed across departments.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a customer service, mailroom, or office support role (1 year or less accepted).
  
  
• strong multitasking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  
  
• Basic computer knowledge and clear communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
