Responsibilities
- Work closely with the fulfillment clerks to ensure turnaround and job quality to meet client specifications.
- Forward completed jobs to the Shipping department for delivery activities.
- Keep a very good communication with all the departments of the company to ensure the best quality service and limit room for error.
- Record and report information about accuracy/errors and damaged items.
