salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

Responsibilities
- 5 + years of Facility Equipment Maintenance Supervisory experience
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance of all shop equipment and facility systems.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to support operational needs.
- Schedule and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and safety logs.
- Lead safety meetings and training sessions for team members.
