Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Safety – Safely Operate and Maintain Company Property
- Lead, Manage and hold department Accountabilities
- Plant Management – Schedule Treating to maximize uptime with production
- Maintain Area of Responsibility – Maintain treating and sticking equipment
- Facilities Maintenance – Develop routine maintenance schedule to improve operations and manage outside facility vendor relationships
THIS IS YOU
The ideal Facilities Supervisor is mechanically inclined with strong organizational and planning skills. The successful candidate has a background in manufacturing and facilities maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years Facilities Maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Grade C Boiler’s License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred:
- Experience driving process improvements using 5S/Lean principles
