job summary:
As a Administration Assistant, you will need to have experience in administrative support and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel. You will be responsible for scheduling client account reviews and manage representative calendars. Prepare files for client meetings and handle customer service inquiries. Perform general office tasks (filing, faxing, logging, copying, mail). Research workplace applications for accurate transaction processing. Prepare monthly expense reports and new prospect packages. Greet clients and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.

work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
