Welding Techniques: Perform MIG welding on various materials, primarily metals, ensuring strong, quality welds. Blueprint Reading: Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements. Equipment Operation: Set up and operate MIG welding machines and equipment, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and wire feed speed as needed. Quality Control: Inspect and assess welds for quality, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications. Material Preparation: Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and fitting parts before welding to ensure proper alignment and bonding. Safety Practices: Follow safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize risks and hazards.
