Job Description:We are Hiring Immediately for a Palletizer Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility! Palletizer Operator Machine operator/assembly line position. Verify production itinerary and prepare shift documentation. Conduct visual, dimensional, and physical inspections of aluminum cans per Quality Department guidelines. Operate and monitor palletizer machine for efficient product flow. Ensure proper visual inspection to prevent line-stopping issues. Order, transfer, and ensure finished products are in optimal condition; report defects to Supervisor. Understand production parameters and rim coat/UVBC unit operations. Track delivery schedules, sort products, and manage pallet packaging and destination. Monitor packaging material to prevent palletizer equipment failure. Coordinate with forklift operators on packaging material integrity and quantity. Monitor finished product pallets flow and detect defects before storage. Replace strapper roll material on finished pallet conveyors as needed. Notify Supervisor and Quality Manager of defects or issues affecting quality or safety. Analyze product quality and assist in identifying root causes of production line issues. You must be open to work any and all provided shift: Shift 1: 6 AM to 2:30 PM Shift 2: 2 PM to 10:30 PM Shift 3: 10 PM to 6:30 AM Client works every other Sat
