job summary:
Main Purpose of the Job: Manage the performance, quality, efficiency and reliability of all molders in the ISBM Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines  Ensure quality product is being produced at all times  Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent  Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being put into machine  Monitor and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked  Should be able to make minor repairs to molders  Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for Machine Operators

salary: $21/hr
work hours: 7:00PM to 7:30AM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

• Able to read blueprints & schematics
• Operate manufacturing machinery
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Able to read CAD Drawings
• Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
