job summary:
KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS: (Identify minimum skills, abilities, knowledge, education, training and/or certifications, etc. needed to perform the essential functions of the position. Include minimum physical requirements.)  High school diploma or equivalent  0-1 years of batching experience in a similar environment  Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds  Ability to wear a full-face respirator.  Can work in confined spaces  Forklift experience or able to pass forklift certification test  Good organizational and team skills  Good interpersonal and communication skills  Mechanical and problem-solving skills  Basic computer skills  Flexibility with schedule ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Activities performed/accomplished by the incumbent as opposed to those functions performed through subordinates. List in order of priority/importance of time allocated to each function.) 1. Required to batch in an efficient manner on the assigned mixing vessel. a. Prepare batches prescribed by the procedural Batch Card. b. Verify materials and weights prior to beginning the batching process. c. Complete documentation for reporting purposes. d. Prepare batching equipment for batching process. e. Prepare and perform adjustments according to instructions from Quality Assurance. f. Clean and Sanitize tanks, pumps, transfer lines, transfer hoses, utensils and storage containers following sanitization procedures to ensure consistent quality standards. g. Perform "DPR" (Daily Production Report). h. Ensure that all material is staged for the current and/or next batch (Immediately notify Management of any shortfalls) 2. Maintain and follow the daily production schedule to meet the needs of the site, as instructed by the shift lead. 3. Maintain safe work area. Keep equipment in an organized, clean, and sanitary manner. Report any unsafe work conditions to management. 4. Demonstrate an understanding of C-Care's standard operating procedures, policies and work instructions. 5. Understand and follow all hazardous communications standards 6. Follows sanitary and GMP guidelines. 7. Adheres to proper PPE in all areas of the production floor. 8. Perform various tasks from management
