This person is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines that produce torsion springs and similar components. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols to ensure high-quality production and efficient operation. Frequent lifting, bending, and standing during the shift. Must be able to handle materials and machinery in a fast-paced production environment. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Technical or vocational training in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred).
