job summary:
Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and maintain various equipment including, but not limited to, Converters, Foil Packing Machines, Paper Cutter, Ultra-Sonic Welder, Powder Pillow Machines, Bottle Filler Machines, and Bottle Labeler and Stick Pack Machines Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including troubleshooting problems to maintain quality standards and to keep equipment in running condition - request maintenance as required Inspect for adherence to procedures using visual discrimination, print quality analysis, and judgment Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality Meet production deadlines in the manufacturing plant Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment Ability to operate/monitor various machines and equipment to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops Work closely with other employees to meet production goals Read work orders and enter details in the SMP book Enter lot numbers and expiration dates into print software Follow work orders and input data into ERP system iPads Assist in the writing and implantation of OPLs and SOPs Housekeeping and organization in your work area and others as requested by management Assist in other production, manufacturing, and/or warehouse areas as requested by management

work hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Inspect material supplies and inventory
