As a Logistics team leader you will ensure all tasks are completed per instructions to meet quality and scheduling goals. Participate in process improvements to enhance product quality and output. Oversee team adherence to procedures, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Communicate issues to supervisors and assist in training new employees. Act as backup for leadership when needed, while maintaining knowledge of processes and supporting management objectives.
