job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team for a long-term project focused on inspecting blow molded plastic pharmaceutical products. The inspector will be responsible for identifying defects, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet rigorous standards before they are labeled and stored. What you will do: --Inspect blow molded plastic pharmaceutical products for defects and inconsistencies. -Label products accurately after inspection. -Use a small Dremel tool to correct minor defects found during the inspection process. -Reassemble products after repairs are made and label them to indicate that they have been fixed. -Organize and move products to the appropriate storage areas within the lab. What Skills you Need: -Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. -Experience in quality inspection or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals. -Familiarity with blow molded plastic products is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools, particularly a Dremel tool, for making small repairs. -Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. -Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and product storage. -Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
