job summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator/Administrative Associate is responsible for all the clerical, receptionist and project-based work tasks and activities associated with the following administrative functions, including but not limited to: dispatch, scheduling appointments, working with carriers, general office coordination, inventory/materials control, training, planning daily workload, and using SAP. Must interact well with all levels of resources within the organization, as well as external vendors to encourage relationship building and foster a positive rapport across the business. Build relationships with leaders and other stakeholders to drive decisions, resolve issues, and ensure commitment to project implementation.

work hours: 1:00PM to 9:30PM
