Job Title: Assembler - Wiring Kits Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to complete the final assembly of wiring kits, following precise engineered drawings and specifications. Whether you're crimping wire pins, soldering cable terminations, or bundling wires, your work will play a key part in delivering high-quality products. Collaboration with the Quality team will be essential to ensure each assembly meets our stringent standards. Key Responsibilities: Final Assembly: Assemble wiring kits according to engineered drawings, ensuring all components are correctly installed and securely attached. Crimping & Soldering: Perform crimping of wire pins, soldering cable terminations, and other assembly tasks with precision. Wire Bundling: Tie and organize wire bundles, ensuring proper alignment and secure packaging. Component Assembly: Assemble and install components into wiring kits, following detailed instructions and drawings to ensure accuracy. Collaboration with Quality: Work closely with the Quality team to conduct inspections and ensure each assembly meets quality standards and specifications. Tool Usage: Safely and efficiently use tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, and other assembly equipment. What You'll Need: Experience: Previous experience in assembly, particularly with electrical components, is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex technical drawings and instructions to ensure precise assembly. Technical Skills: Comfort with tools and techniques such as crimping, soldering, and wiring. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
