job summary:
In production - Set up all machinery in the morning before production begins. Inspect and test all machines and equipment for accurate operations including tank yard's equipment. Feed, mix, and heat ingredients correctly in a kettle in accordance with check sheets. Clean kettles, machines, pumps, and other equipment after each production and at end of the day. Other packaging-related work. Packaging Assemble packing boxes and package finished products into packing boxes. Stack filled boxes onto respective pallets. Use forklift, pallet jack including electronic, and walkie stacker to push pallets to the stretch wrap machine. Fill and refill bottles as needed in the bottle unscramble. Label and arrange box for next day's production schedule. Monthly inventory check of packaging machines and equipment. Use and do maintenance all packaging machines and equipment. Monthly packaging material inventory check. Other packaging-related work
