job summary:
Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or production work is preferred but not required. Must have excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all items are assembled and packaged correctly. Ability to work with small components and use hand tools as required. Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating to meet deadlines and production goals. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift items for extended periods during shifts. Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Understanding of workplace safety procedures and a commitment to following them.
