job summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machines and equipment in our production facility. This role requires a combination of mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate machinery in the production area, ensuring that all machines are running at optimal speeds and in accordance with company safety protocols and production specifications. Monitor machine operations, adjusting settings as needed to ensure consistent production quality. Quality Control: Inspect products at regular intervals to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Perform routine quality checks and document findings, reporting any issues or deviations to the supervisor. Calibrate machines or make adjustments to achieve proper tolerances and quality standards.As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

salary: $22/hr
work hours: 11:00PM to 7:15AM
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Able to read blueprints & schematics
- Operate manufacturing machinery
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers
