Employee Perks - Discounts, wellness programs, and more! What You'll Do: Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring products are moved efficiently and carefully. Organize Shipments: Sort and organize incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate delivery. Inventory Control: Assist with the counting and organization of warehouse inventory and ensure all products are stored properly. Material Handling: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials and products throughout the dock area. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other dock workers, warehouse staff, and drivers to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations. Ensure Safety: Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment. What We're Looking For: Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [X] lbs) for extended periods. Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or dock setting is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Forklift Experience: Basic knowledge of operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Attention to Detail: Ability to check shipments for accuracy, ensuring items are loaded and unloaded properly. Safety-Conscious: You prioritize safety and follow guidelines to avoid accidents. Reliability & Punctuality: You're dependable, show up on time, and get the job done efficiently.
