job summary:
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight Operate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jacks Secure freight inside trailers using the appropriate tools Follow safety protocols while working in a non-climate-controlled dock area Required Skills: Must be at least 18 years old Basic math skills Availability for various shifts, including nights and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Prior dock/warehouse experience Forklift experience Strong attention to detail Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and over 70 lbs occasionally Ability to safely navigate the loading dock, including bending, reaching, and climbing
