job summary:
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team, with a focus on producing high-quality lens and injector models. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical manufacturing environment, demonstrating proficiency with tools and the ability to work under magnification. In this role, you will distinguish between different lens and injector models, utilize a microscope for visual inspections, and engage in essential manufacturing processes across tumbling, cleanroom, and packaging areas. Your commitment to quality will ensure that all finished products meet stringent standards and specifications while consistently achieving productivity goals. You'll maintain an organized workspace, adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) by accurately completing work orders and recording quantities, and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology. Effective communication with Technicians, Leads, and Supervisors will be essential as you address any production, quality, or safety issues. This position offers the opportunity to learn three key stations and follow the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products.
