Minimize waste by efficiently managing material usage and adhering to best practices. Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs.), standing, and walking for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus, but we are open to training motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced machine operators.
