Join our mission to elevate excellence-become a Quality Assurance Specialist and ensure every detail counts in our pursuit of perfection! **What You'll Do:** As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our production process, conducting essential reviews and collaborating with various teams. Your responsibilities will include: Thorough Documentation Reviews: Conduct second-level reviews of completed production documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and consistent. Problem Identification and Analysis: Identify issues, analyze root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement, documenting areas of weakness and communicating your insights to the Production team. Training Needs Assessment: Consult and collaborate with the Production team to identify and assess training needs based on your audits. Enhance Documentation Practices: Work closely with quality and production teams to improve documentation practices and ensure the accuracy of clinical documentation. **What We're Looking For:** We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Here's what you'll need to succeed: High School diploma or GED. Proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. Flexibility to work special schedules as required, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. A strong sense of ownership and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion. Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. Prior experience in a cGMP regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a solid ethical foundation and personal character. Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude, with a focus on understanding issues in the field. An enthusiastic, confident, and proactive approach to continuous learning and applying new insights. A strong desire to succeed and to support the success of others.
