job summary:
Are you looking to get started with a growing third party logistic company? This Logistics Coordinator will primarily be responsible for manually entering into their internal systems all product IDs that have been received and manually taking out all product that has been picked for shipment from multiple databases. Additionally, they will need to have working knowledge of Excel V Lookup and the IF and Match formula functions to manually track all incoming product's arrival time. They will operate out of six different software programs to meet the needs of their customer. Also, they will need to manually locate product when it is not where it should be and track them down to figure out where the discrepancy originated. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role accurately entering data, ability to toggle between multiple computer programs, ability to formulate Excel spreadsheets without assistance, and be have a professional demeanor as this position is located on the client site and will be customer-facing. This will require a drug test to include marijuana and a criminal background check.

salary: $18/hr
work hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
